July 4th here in the US of A marks the spiritual beginning of Summer. It’s about time! I will be spending the first half of July in a pool, or in the ocean. I will eat hamburgers, hot dogs and oysters. I will drink beer and sauvignon blanc. I am excited. It’s the summer of love 2.
..and since every summer needs a soundtrack
I pulled together 50 songs that would work for the summer activities described above. I avoided every urge to make this a best of Jack Johnson - the under appreciated genius.
