Weekend Guide: 10.09.2020
Spooky season is upon us. I am more of a summer guy but I do appreciate Fall. Running outside in October is much more manageable than the brutal summer months - but I do not like blowing the leaves off of my deck every three hours. I would rank it as my third favorite season.
Every October the Freeform channel on cable kicks into their “31 Nights of Halloween”. It’s pretty self explanatory, but during October they play a scary movie every night for thirty one days. Very clever. This promotion is a bit too family-friendly for my elevated horror palette, but I love the concept! You’ve got Casper, The Addams Family, Hocus Pocus, and Beetlejuice. These are great titles, but since Horror is my favorite genre, I figured I would build out my own list of my favorite 31 scary movies. Let it be known that I only watch horror films during the day.
My guidance here will be for you to wake up early on a Sunday, lay in bed and check out one of these classics.

Image guidance will return next week. In the meantime, start pulling together some creative costume ideas for all hallows eve. Here is my all time favorite, can’t miss, costume idea to get your wheels spinning.
Peace and love,
